Once we have found you a new tenant, paperwork will be generated, monies will be collected from the tenant(s) and your account will then be processed. The following charges will be applied.
Lilac will deduct the first full month's rent or £450 (whichever is greater) including VAT. Any further services which are requested by the landlord are chargeable and prices are available on request, or by referring to our price list below. *
Lilac will take ½ the first month's rent + VAT = 60% as an initial fee. For other charges please see table below or, for included services, i.e. inventories, the attached tick list. We will also deduct a monthly commission from the rent of 12% including VAT (10% + VAT)
